It seems like everybody is in a generous mood! I found out about another giveaway while I was browsing on YouTube about the new O.P.I. Katy Perry collection. I saw this nail polish effect last year on my cousin and I was fascinated by it. So a few moments ago I decided I wanted to SEE it crackle.
